Build strength, confidence, and connection in this 6-week prenatal yoga series, thoughtfully designed for pregnancy in a warm and supportive environment. This class blends the energizing elements of a yoga flow with safe, intentional modifications to support your changing body and growing baby.
Each session offers a gentle yet empowering flow that focuses on building functional strength, improving stamina, and enhancing mobility – all while honoring the unique needs of pregnancy. Through breath-driven movement, you’ll cultivate stability, resilience, and body awareness to support you both during pregnancy and into labor and postpartum recovery.
We’ll incorporate mindful breathwork, pelvic floor awareness, and grounding relaxation techniques to help you stay centered and calm, even as you move with strength and intention. Options and modifications are provided throughout, so you can feel both challenged and supported at your own pace.
Beyond the physical practice, this class creates space for connection – with your body, your baby, and a community of other expectant parents in a welcoming and encouraging setting.
Suitable for all trimesters. All levels are welcome.
Come move, breathe, and feel strong in your pregnancy – supported every step of the way.
Claire Klobucista is a certified yoga instructor with over 500 hours of training across several styles of yoga including power, pre-/post-natal, and yin. She has been practicing yoga for nearly fifteen years. She initially sought out yoga to mix up her fitness routine and soon found the practice to be incredibly unique and powerful in its ability to connect the body with the mind and breath. Claire is a mom, and she taught pre- and pos-tnatal yoga throughout her own pregnancy. In her classes, her aim is for all expecting and postpartum moms to feel supported as well as empowered. Claire also works as a communications specialist in the healthcare industry, focusing on storytelling around research and clinical trials. She lives in Westfield with her husband and son, and – alongside yoga – enjoys knitting, reading, baking, and spending time with family and friends.

Technology has made it easier than ever to monitor our health, but it can also make wellness feel like another thing to perfect. Explore the "wellbeing paradox" and learn how to cultivate a healthier, more balanced relationship with the tools designed to help us thrive.
This program is led by Karen Mitchell, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, who owns KCM Therapy, a private practice in Watchung. Karen sees teens through adults and focuses on how emotions affect the physical body. Using a biology and neuroscience lens, Karen helps empower each person to live their best authentic life.
Information Over-load - We’re living through a modern wellbeing paradox: never before has health been so measurable— and never before has had it felt so psychologically demanding. Sleep is scored, glucose is graphed, aging is tracked, and wellbeing has shifted from something we feel to something we perform correctly. Therapists warn that data-driven wellness can tip from motivation into fixation, turning insight into pressure.
