The JCC of Central NJ's Youth Theater program offers a high-quality experience and production with top industry professionals in the NJ/NY area. The productions are a full theatrical experience with stage, costumes, lights, sound and music! Performances are at the Brook Arts Center, a historic professional theater, which seats up to 600, in Bound Brook, NJ. There are two productions each year. Our fall/winter production is for children in 5th-10th grades and our spring production is for 1st-5th graders.
This experience is for seasoned performers as well as newcomers who want to have fun, learn a lot, and work hard. It is designed to instill confidence in children and teach them how to discover their creativity, leadership and teamwork abilities. Not only does this opportunity encourage children to learn, grow and inspire each other, the bonds that a cast creates while doing a show is something unmatched and so special.
