Build strength, confidence, and connection in this 6-week prenatal yoga series, thoughtfully designed for pregnancy in a warm and supportive environment. This class blends the energizing elements of a yoga flow with safe, intentional modifications to support your changing body and growing baby.

Each session offers a gentle yet empowering flow that focuses on building functional strength, improving stamina, and enhancing mobility – all while honoring the unique needs of pregnancy. Through breath-driven movement, you’ll cultivate stability, resilience, and body awareness to support you both during pregnancy and into labor and postpartum recovery.

We’ll incorporate mindful breathwork, pelvic floor awareness, and grounding relaxation techniques to help you stay centered and calm, even as you move with strength and intention. Options and modifications are provided throughout, so you can feel both challenged and supported at your own pace.

Beyond the physical practice, this class creates space for connection – with your body, your baby, and a community of other expectant parents in a welcoming and encouraging setting.

Suitable for all trimesters. All levels are welcome.

Come move, breathe, and feel strong in your pregnancy – supported every step of the way.

Claire Klobucista is a certified yoga instructor with over 500 hours of training across several styles of yoga including power, pre-/post-natal, and yin. She has been practicing yoga for nearly fifteen years. She initially sought out yoga to mix up her fitness routine and soon found the practice to be incredibly unique and powerful in its ability to connect the body with the mind and breath.  Claire is a mom, and she taught pre- and pos-tnatal yoga throughout her own pregnancy. In her classes, her aim is for all expecting and postpartum moms to feel supported as well as empowered.  Claire also works as a communications specialist in the healthcare industry, focusing on storytelling around research and clinical trials. She lives in Westfield with her husband and son, and – alongside yoga – enjoys knitting, reading, baking, and spending time with family and friends.
