A 4‑week series for those with osteoporosis and osteopenia
May 19, 26, June 2, 9
This program is designed specifically for people living with osteoporosis or osteopenia. This movement series empowers you to build stronger bones, improve balance and move with greater confidence in your everyday life. Each session focuses on safe, functional movement patterns that support bone health while helping you reduce your risk of falls.
Week 1: Foundations of Fall Prevention
Learn the pillars of safe, strong movement: strength, coordination and mobility. You’ll take a simple self‑assessment to understand your current mobility levels, then practice gentle exercises that set the stage for safe progress.
Week 2: Strength Essentials – Push, Pull, Squat and Hinge
Discover the fundamental movement patterns that support bone density and daily function. Using a mirror, you’ll learn how to align your body for better posture, safer form and maximum benefit.
Week 3: Single‑Side Strength and Stability
Unilateral (single‑side) training helps correct imbalances, improve fall resistance and strengthen the body in a functional, real‑world way. You’ll build strength one side at a time and develop deeper awareness of how your body moves.
Week 4: Progressions and Dynamic Movement
Bring everything together with safe, progressive variations that add gentle dynamic challenge. You’ll learn how to advance movements at your own pace to continue building bone‑supportive strength long after the series ends.
The Goal
By the end of the four weeks, you’ll understand key movement patterns that help strengthen bones, improve balance and increase stability – along with the confidence to perform them in daily life. This program is about gaining strength, not fear; empowerment, not limitation.
Price: $65, Member Price: $50
