Join us for an evening flow yoga class that includes recovering from your day, flow and stretching. 

Sarah Ritter is a Certified Yoga Instructor. Prior instructing yoga, Sarah worked for almost 20 years in Investment Management and not-for-profit fundraising and development. During this time, yoga was a constant in her life, and she enjoyed exploring many forms of the practice. Sarah believes that yoga is for everyone – it helps people celebrate their strength, balance and confidence.
