Havi Searles fell in love with boxing 15 years ago when she was searching for a new workout routine. That’s when she stumbled upon Mendez Boxing Gym in New York City. The moment she started her first workout, she felt a newfound strength and power. From jumping rope and shadow boxing to bag work and sparring, Havi has been relentlessly practicing her boxing skills over the years. In this class, Havi will focus on the basics of boxing and incorporating those skills into a circuit-style workout.
