Help us create a meaningful community art piece in commemoration of 10/7/23 that will be permanently displayed on Wonderscape. Together we can celebrate hope, creativity, unity, togetherness and environmental responsibility.

Here’s how it works

Wings of Hope will be constructed from loose parts, old toys, plastics and other materials.

September 1 - 21
Materials will be collected in bins in the JCC lobby and at all participating synagogues.

Sunday, September 28 from 1:00 - 3:00 p.m.
Friday, October 3 from 4:30 - 5:30 p.m.
We invite community members to help assemble the final wings in the JCC art studio

Sunday, October 5
Wings of Hope: An October 7th Commemoration

2:30 p.m.
Join us for a children’s art project before the commemoration

3:00 p.m.
Dedication led by clergy from our local congregations.

Inspired by the original wings created by Livnat Kutz Z”L and the Kibbutz Kfar Aza community, this project honors those we lost on October 7th and calls for the safe return of the hostages.
