Michael Saks, has served as President of RCM Health Care Services for over 30 years. Under his leadership, RCM has evolved into a national industry leader in executive recruitment, temporary staffing and health care services. With a professional foundation in public accounting and executive search, Michael has guided the company with a strong commitment to excellence and ethics. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Fairleigh Dickinson University and continues to lead with a focus on delivering high-quality, compliant staffing solutions to his clients nationwide.

Sam Wilken, Director of Temporary Staffing Services, has over 17 years of experience with RCM Health Care Services and currently oversees all nursing and allied staffing services. He has been instrumental in expanding RCM’s contracts and building strong working relationships with administrators and operations teams. With a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University at Albany – State University of New York, Sam’s strategic insights and customer-focused approach have helped optimize RCM’s performance in health care staffing and compliance initiatives.
