With over 25 years of experience in portfolio management and trading, Evan Marks, founder of M1 Performance Group, is a senior performance consultant and coach specializing in helping individuals in high-pressure industries and roles maximize their performance in high-consequence decision-making situations. He leverages techniques based on modern psychoanalysis and neuroscience to develop strategies that increase engagement and foster a focused approach to decision-making. Passionate about empowering his clients to achieve their full potential, overcome challenges, and embrace opportunities, he founded the M1 Performance Group, a firm that provides coaching and consulting services to elite performers across various domains, including sports, finance, and business.
In his current role, Marks leads comprehensive coaching sessions with clients ranging from professional athletes to traders, portfolio managers, and C-suite executives. He tailors his coaching approach to each client?s specific needs, goals, and challenges, providing them with tools and techniques to enhance their mental skills, emotional intelligence, resilience, and decision-making.
Steven Glass
Steve has over 35 years of experience in the financial services industry. He joined Shufro Rose, a wealth management company, in 1988 and has been a partner of the firm since 1997. He co-manages the Shufro-Glass Group with Greg Shufro. Steve serves on The Board of Jewish Family Service of MetroWest New Jersey, where he also chairs the Investment Committee. Steve also serves as a mentor for Veterans Leading Ventures.
