Gut health should be number one instead of number two! Gut health is important for overall health and well-being because the gut breaks down food, absorbs nutrients, and supports the immune system. Research suggests that the gut microbiome can affect every organ in the body, and poor gut health has been linked to a number of health conditions. Learn about the ways that our guts can promote optimal health and nutritional interventions for common gut troubles.
