Foster your creativity and artistic expression! Learn how to write, structure, produce and record music. We’ll talk about genres, influences, inspiration, and how songs help us communicate. Every student will be able to write and record their own songs, collaborate with their peers, and grow confidence in their artistry.

Our instructor, Evan Souza is a professional recording artist and record label owner. He has written and produced nearly 50 albums, ranging from conceptual hip hop releases all the way to film scores. His Stage name, Darko the Super, is one of the most prolifically consistent artists in music history. Each of Darko’s albums provides insight into his psyche and sends the listener on a new experience and adventure every time they press play on a brand new album. His music takes a number of inspirations and combines them with his own taste, flair and sound to create some of the zaniest, unique, timeless music we’ve ever heard.
