Outdoor fitness followed by lunch
10:00 – 10:15 a.m. – Arrival
10:15 – 11:00 a.m. – 45-minute workout
11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. – Picnic lunch provided by the JCC (wraps, potato salad, coleslaw, water)
