Through this program, you will learn how to identify MyPlate recommendations and how to plan a day’s worth of meals which follow MyPlate guidelines. This program provides engaging nutrition and wellness education that helps participants choose healthy food on a budget and make physical activity a part of their lives. Sponsored by the Union County Division on Aging and the CFBNJ SNAP-Ed program.
