The Conscious Parenting Workshop Series with Amanda Rosen helps parents navigate the challenges and stresses of parenting. Conscious Parenting helps parents identify and deconstruct their parenting triggers and behaviors that evoke their own reactivity so they can be fully present for and attuned to their children while tending to their own inner needs.

All workshops will be held at Congregation Beth Israel 18 Shalom Way, Scotch Plains 

Amanda Rosen is a Certified Conscious Parenting Coach who was a JCC Early Childhood teacher years ago. She has spent years studying and learning based on her own parenting. Join as Amanda shares her learning, expertise and experience. Amanda has a Masters degree in Early Childhood Education. She is also a mother of three and an educator who is passionate about supporting parents as they navigate their own parenting journey. Amanda believes that the parent-child relationship holds the power to be a profound opportunity for a parent’s own growth and transformation.
