To celebrate their Centennial, Jewish Federation of Greater MetroWest is “cooking up” a once-in-a-century Greater MetroWest community cookbook that will feature delicious recipes together with photos and stories that evoke our collective past and present.

The JCC of Central NJ is going to be a part of this cookbook and we hope you will be too!

1. Cook your family recipe at home.
2. Bring your completed dish to the JCC Family Cook-off on March 3 so all participants can taste and vote on all entries. (A printed recipe card must accompany your prepared dish.)
3. The top three recipes will receive Amazon gift cards.
4. AND, those same top three recipes will be submitted as the JCC of Central NJ entries to this Community Cookbook.

So break out your favorite recipes – handed down in your family or pulled out of a magazine and join the JCC Family Cook-off!

COOK-OFF REGISTRATION

Whether or not you can participate in our Cook-off, any recipes can be submitted to the cookbook.

Jewish Federation of Greater MetroWest NJ will choose the “best” recipes for this cookbook to be published next year. Photos and stories can be submitted with each recipe to help bring them to life!

SUBMIT RECIPE

We request recipes that honor Jewish dietary laws. (Most recipes can be made kosher!) Submissions should not include shellfish, pork or the mixing of milk and meat.
