Adaptive Yoga for ages 12+

Monday, October 3, 10, 17 and 24 • 6:30 - 7:15 p.m.

A modified yoga class for all levels of ability aimed at building motor coordination, balance and flexibility - all while practicing relaxation. Instructor Sharon Waldman is certified in Yoga for the Special Child.
Maximum 10 participants

Price: $80, Member Price: $65
