Breast Cancer Awareness with Yarilyn Contreras
Yarilyn Contreras is a Community Outreach Specialist for Trinitas Comprehensive Cancer Center. She will be on hand to discuss breast cancer educational programs.

Sharsheret, a national non-profit organization, improves the lives of Jewish women and families living with or at increased genetic risk for breast or ovarian cancer through personalized support and saves lives through educational outreach. While Sharsheret's expertise is in young women and Jewish families as related to breast cancer and ovarian cancer, Sharsheret programs serve all women and men.
Naturopathic Medicine
Dr. Vanessa Rugeles is a naturopathic doctor and licensed acupuncturist based in Westfield, New Jersey. Dr. Vanessa helps women with digestive challenges like bloating, food reactions, IBS, SIBO, Crohn’s, Ulcerative Colitis and hormone imbalances understand the root cause of their health challenges through extensive testing, nutrition, targeted vitamins and herbal medicine, and lifestyle habit modification so they can experience relief and freedom and get their joy back. Beth Coplan is a registered dietitian with 18 years of experience working at Newark Beth Israel Medical. Specializing in transplant nutrition, Beth is a certified clinical transplant dietitian working with the heart and lung transplant programs for more than 12 years. She also has a strong interest in helping patients with diabetes and is a certified diabetes educator.
