Join us for the fabulous musical talents of Phyllis Chapell.
She and her guitar bring an eclectic mix, including standards over many decades. She sings Broadway songs, as well as her
own unique mix of popular American, Jewish and world
music in up to 13 languages. This arts program is made possible in part by a 2022 HEART (History, Education,
Arts Reaching Thousands) Grant from the Union County
Board of County Commissioners.
