After performing with the Mood Swings – a 7-piece, allwoman band – for more than a decade, Beth Turkel and Sue Spiegel formed the duo, Birdleaf, in 2020. With Sue on acoustic guitar, the pair share the vocals, weaving tight harmonies through a variety of musical genres, including rock, pop, country and oldies. They cover artists such as Fleetwood Mac, Linda Rondstadt, The Beatles and many other favorites. Birdleaf is happy to honor Peter Klein on the occasion of his 75th birthday!
