A non-sports specific program to help children ages 12-15 become comfortable in the fitness center! This class is perfect for the teen who wants to get and stay in shape for general health and fun.

• Learn exercises – what they are called and how to do them correctly
• Learn how to properly use the fitness center equipment
• Explore putting together your own workouts under supervision
