New Jersey is one of just two states in the nation that held major elections in November 2021. The results set the stage for the congressional midterms next year. Ben Dworkin, Ph.D., founding director of the Rowan University Institute for Public Policy & Citizenship (RIPPAC), will help break down the results and explain their implications for New Jersey and the country.
