Appropriate for ages 9+

A modified yoga class for all levels of ability aimed at building motor coordination, balance and flexibility – all while practicing relaxation. Class instructor is certified in Yoga for the Special Child.

Price: $80, Member Price: $65

Masks will be required for all participants.
Participants need to bring their own yoga mat or towel.
