Learn about available support services and programs in Union County with the Office for Persons with Disabilities and Special Needs. Topics will include resources of county programs and events, referral services, state resources (DDD, DDS, DVR), COVID-19 resources, and ADA compliant information.

Manuel Ramirez is the Director of the Union County Office for Persons with Disabilities and Special Needs (OPDSN). He oversees county programs that include recreation, social events, assistance services, emergency preparedness and ADA. For the last 13 years, Manuel has volunteered at Camp-Fatima of New Jersey, a week-long sleep-away camp for special needs children and young adults.
