Tiyulim means ‘excursions’

It offers the best of both worlds: a traditional day camp experience with a taste of travel camp.
Program at a Glance
Campers add a day of travel in Tiyulim, alternating their time at camp traveling three days per week and onsite at the JCC the other two days.
Trip Days
- Get a taste of travel three days per week with awesome day trips to places like:
- A Minor League baseball game
- Trampoline Park
- Knockerball
- Rock climbing
- Bronx Zoo
- Canoeing and kayaking
- Adventure parks
- Each session, campers have the opportunity to participate on an overnight too! This includes 2 overnights right here at our JCC PLUS an additional overnight off site!
Camp Days
- Campers will have all the best onsite activities like gaga, rock wall, adventure ropes course, free swim, baseball, music, art, basketball, and more.
All this PLUS
- Participate in our camp-wide special event and theme days (when at the JCC)!
- Begin each day with a special Boker Tov (morning activity) and end each week with an exciting Shabbat celebration featuring our in-house band The Shabbatones!
- Tiyulim campers can split their enrollment between traditional camp, JCC Performing Arts Camp (JPAC), TEKI STEAM camp and Maccabi Sports Camp (weeks 3-6)
- Transportation, lunch (when at the JCC), and snacks are all included for Tiyulim!
