Dryland is a supplemental training for swimmers to build stroke specific strength, as well as fine tune functional movement for swimmers. The training will help with reaction time, power pushing off of the walls while doing flip turns, power in the arms for pulling in each stroke, and core strength. Most exercises are body weight or low weight with high repetitions to build muscular endurance.
