Set up your online account now. You must have an active account to register for programs.

IF YOU ALREADY HAVE A JCC ONLINE ACCOUNT
STEP 1: Click on Find Account.
STEP 2: Follow the prompts. Once you input your email address, you will receive an email from [email protected] with a link to create a new password. Please check your junk folder if you do not see the email in your inbox. (If you don't have and email address on file with us, you will be asked to verify your account with the last 4 digits of the credit card or bank account that you currently have on file with the JCC.)
Once you have completed these steps, you will be able to login and register for programs.
IF YOU DON'T HAVE A JCC ONLINE ACCOUNT
STEP 1: Click on Sign Up.
STEP 2: Click on Non-Member and then follow all the prompts to set up your account. At the end of the set-up you will be asked to create a password.
Once you have completed these steps, you will be able to login and register for programs.
JCC Refund Policy
All refunds can be applied to your account and used toward membership dues, school, camp or a future program.
If you do not wish to apply the refund to your account, the following fees apply to cover our administrative costs:
Refund less than $100 - no charge
Refund of $100 - $499.99 - $15 fee
Refund of $500 - $999.99 - $30 fee
Refund of $1,000 - $1,999.99 - $45 fee
Refund of $2,000+ - 3% of the refund
Check refund - $25 fee regardless of amount of refund
