As part of this day's events, there will be Ride Sharing Training at the JCC of Central NJ
2:00 - 3:00 p.m.
We will buddy-up those who are not yet comfortable with using ride-sharing technology (Uber/Lyft) with those who are in-the-know for an interactive training. Sign up to share your knowledge or to learn how to utilize share-ride services. Please share this information with anyone you know who might be interested in learning how to use a ride-sharing service.
Appropriate for adults ages 18+. All who attend will be asked to fill out a waiver.

Cooking at the J with Fana Horenbein - Working with Matzah

Tuesday, March 31 • 7:00 p.m.
Learn a special technique used to manipulate matzah into an al dente noodle that you can then transform into wonderful food creations such as pie crusts, taco shells, rolled apple strudels, knish crusts and so much more.  Take home unique and simple recipes for Passover.  Please bring Kosher for Passover non-perishable food items to be donated to Kosher Meals on Wheels.  Please register by Tuesday, March 24.  Price: $45, Member Price: $36

What is Chabad? with Rabbi Avrohom Blesofsky

Learn about Chabad from Rabbi Blesofsky, a warm, caring and energetic individual, who grew up in Brooklyn and, since moving to Scotch Plains, has brought a new level of energy and color to the local community.
