Musical Theater Workshop with Kerry Zak In partnership with the Center for Dance Education

2nd – 4th Graders 1:00 – 2:30 p.m.
5th – 8th Graders 2:30 – 4:00 p.m.

Learn how to put singing, dancing and act ing all together for a great performance!  Wrap up this workshop with an Informance* on Sunday, May 31 at Terrill Middle School in Scotch Plains. (More details to follow.)

Kerry Zak has her BFA in Dance from Rutgers' Mason Gross School of the Arts and is currently a Masters candidate in Dance Education at Rutgers. She has participated in an array of regional and community theatre productions and is eager to combine her dance, acting and vocal training with her passion for teaching children in musical theater.

Intro to Ultimate Frisbee at the JCC
for 4th – 8th graders

Tuesdays • March 17 – May 12 (8 weeks)
6:00 – 7:00 p.m. • in the Eisenberg Gymnasium
Learn the rules and basic skills of the game.  Coed.  Scrimmages as participants become familiar with the game.  Introduction taught by Alan Kaufman.
Price: $80, Member Price: $64

Alan Kaufman cofounded the Georgetown University Ultimate team in 1976. He went on to play at the Club National Level for 10 years until 1989.  Alan also once helped start a program at Terrill Middle School.
