FREE Workshops for 4th - 8th Graders with a Certified Teen Life Coach
Lauren Zitowsky, CPC and ELI-MP (Certified Professional Coach and Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner) is a Certified Teen Life Coach. Her practice Teen Life Coach Inc. was established in 2011. During this time, Lauren has provided an array of empowerment workshops as well as one-on-one coaching sessions. In these sessions teens are armed with the tools needed to overcome issues such as bullying, social and emotional challenges, self-image and peer pressure.
Soaring Above School Stress
Wednesday, February 13 • 6:30 - 7:30 p.m.
As we know, what goes up must come down. Students are stressed out with heavy workloads, busy schedules, social life commitments, etc., and despite the fact that none of this is new, the way children handle their stress can be. In this workshop, students will learn the tools needed to handle their stress in the most empowering way.
The Girls' Guide to Greatness!

In honor of Women's Month, this workshop is a discussion and exercises that help girls and women learn to love themselves more, support each other more and be strong.

How to Be Emotionally Empowered

Have you ever realized that when you’re upset in one area of your life, all the other areas tend to suffer as well? As much as we try to compartmentalize the pieces of our life they all tend to crossover. This workshop will arm children with the tools needed to empower themselves during troubling times.
Thursday, May 9 • 6:30 - 7:30 p.m.
Children will write down two anonymous questions, based on the topics listed below; they will be collected and discussed. There will also be activities to help build trust and unity as the children realized everyone has the same fears.

JCC Fitness Trainer Chris Matajek who has a BS in Athletic Training will help young athletes learn about how to best use their bodies in order to help improve their soccer game.
