Donations to the Annual Fund help support what membership dues cannot accomplish alone. My company does not match for religious organizations. Is the JCC considered a religious organization?
The JCC of Central NJ is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization and a non-sectarian social service agency. JCC policies indicate that people of all faiths, races, abilities, ages and incomes are welcomed. JCC members and guests are not required to disclose their religious affiliation to use the JCC. Unlike a church or a synagogue, the JCC files the IRS 990 each year.
