New Jersey is one of only two states that has odd-year elections, so in the fall of 2017, the nation’s focus will be right here in the Garden State. With an open seat for governor and the entire legislature running, it’s going to be an even wilder run than usual. Of course, these elections have consequences – on property taxes, the arts, our roads, bridges and tunnels and the state’s economy. This program will be a chance to understand why we ended up with these two candidates, how they each have a path to victory, and the consequences for New Jersey whatever the outcome. Sponsored by The Westfield Foundation.
