How does I Lost It work?
Individual appointment with a personal trainer to discuss resistance training and cardiovascular workouts. During this meeting, the personal trainer will set up a customized resistance training regimen including workload increases based on progress and a complementary cardiovascular program.
Progress will be tracked with weekly weigh-ins to promote participant accountability which ultimately leads to your success! During these weekly meetings, the exercise program and other concerns will be discussed to ensure smooth sailing.
Along the Way
Bi-weekly educational emails will be sent to all participants to help keep you motivated and give you tips.
Wrapping It Up
When program has run its course, all participants will have a final weigh-in followed by a celebration on Friday, February 26 at 10:30 a.m. Prizes will be awarded to the top three success stories! Each participant will also benefit from a follow-up complete with tips which will help you stay on track with your new exercise routine.
Weekly weigh-ins: Sundays from 7:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. and weekdays from 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. and 4:00 - 8:00 p.m.
