In 1948, six weeks after the state of Israel was established and amidst the chaos of the formation of a new military force, Captain Meyer Tuviansky was accused of treason. He had innocently supplied a list of vital institutions whose power supplies were not interrupted even during power cuts to his British boss at the power plant where he worked. The locations on the list had even been shared before Tuviansky shared the list with his boss. However, passing on the list was enough for the head of security in Jerusalem, Major Glibly, to start an investigation, and in no time, Tuviansky was arrested, tried, sentenced and executed, only to be exonerated one year later. His executioners were then tried and moderately punished. This movie is based on a true story.
