Marissa has more than 15 years of experience in operations, project management, and process optimization, with a strong track record of building efficient systems, leading teams, and delivering high-quality customer experiences. Most recently, Marissa has served as Chief Operating Officer of HOME Power Yoga, where she oversaw daily operations for two high-traffic studios, managed schedules and staffing, led onboarding and training, coordinated community events, and implemented systems that increased engagement, reduced costs, and improved overall performance.
In addition to her professional background, Marissa is an active and committed Jewish communal leader. She currently serves as a member of the Board of Trustees at Temple Beth El Mekor Chayim, and previously served as the synagogue’s Education Co-Chair, helping to guide vision, governance, and educational programming within her community. This combination of professional expertise and meaningful lay leadership reflects Marissa’s strong alignment with the values and mission of the JCC.
