• American Council on Exercise (ACE) certified personal trainer and group exercise instructor

• Certified in The Arthritis Foundation’s exercise program, Johnny G Spinning and CPR/AED

• Member of the Yoga Alliance

• BFA, University of Miami and Art Education Certification, Kean University
