Amy has served as the JCC’s Human Resources Director since 2018. She is a firm believer that the JCC staff is what drives our JCC’s excellence, and as the first person in this role, Amy has worked to elevate and enhance the staff experience here.

She began her journey at the JCC as a member back in 2000. She joined the professional staff in 2008 working in different capacities in camp, membership, finance and human resources – always with an eye toward streamlining and simplifying processes for both members and staff. 

Prior to the JCC, Amy worked in healthcare benefits consulting at both Mercer and PwC helping clients deliver competitive employee benefits while minimizing risk. She has her Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics with a minor in Spanish from Binghamton University.

When not at the JCC, Amy spends time with her family and friends. She is an avid mah jongg and canasta player and loves a good book.
