Robin Brous is the Director of Early Childhood Services at the JCC.   She has been an educator throughout her entire career at the JCC supervising many youth and teen programs including Camp Yachad.   Robin became the Director of the Brody Family Early Learning Center in 2007, leading the school on a journey of  pedagogical and cultural change and innovation.  Robin has worked closely with the JCC Association of North America’s early childhood department, The Sheva Center as a contributing member of the original Sheva Center Framework as well as a member of the Sheva center faculty.  Robin has her undergraduate degrees in Education and Psychology from Muhlenberg College in Allentown PA and her Masters in Educational Leadership and NJ Principal certification from Fairleigh Dickinson University in Madison NJ.
