In 2016, Mindy became an Early Childhood Learning Coordinator at The Brody Family Early Learning Center. In this new role, Mindy provides support and gives feedback to teachers to ensure that students are receiving a high quality learning experience. Mindy is part of the JCC Association Sheva Lab Community network which participates in virtual learning opportunities to help strengthen the school experience and is currently collaborating with other Sheva Lab schools across the United States and Canada to promote best practices for early childhood programs. Prior to this, Mindy was a preschool teacher at the JCC for 14 years. She also taught 3rd grade in Holmdel, NJ. Mindy received her Bachelor's degree from The University of Cincinnati and began her teaching career in Cincinnati Public Schools. Her greatest desire is to ensure that every teacher and every child is passionate about the learning process.
