JRide Launch - the JCC's Re-energized Indoor Cycling Program!

Sample all the different ride types, take multiple classes. A new ride starts every hour on the hour. Snacks throughout the morning including fresh fruit, protein bars and Cycle-Tinis! All participants will receive a JRide sweat towel. We recommend that you sign up in advance to ensure your spot is reserved; walk-ins welcome.
Intro Rides - We will introduce the moves to those new to indoor cycling and make the workout easy to follow; the seasoned rider is welcome and can certainly get a good workout in!
Endurance Rides - Build your cardiovascular endurance with a steady-paced ride.
Strength Rides - Plenty of hills and climbs will help your build leg strength.
Interval Rides - Bursts of high intensity and rests, go at your own pace - perfect for any level.
Rhythm Rides - Pump those pedals in time to the music; fun and high energy!
