QuickFit is an efficient 30-minute workout-specific small group training class designed and led by certified trainers. With the focus on a specific workout for six consecutive weeks, QuickFit helps you progress further than you might in a Group Ex class or on your own – at a lower cost than one-on-one personal training.
Boot Camp: Military-style workout designed for anybody who needs a kick-start and wants to push to new levels!
Wednesday 5:30 p.m. with Vin and Thursday 6:00 a.m. with Michelle
Ab Lab: Build your 6-pack and improve posture in this 30-minute intensive core session.
Tuesday 7:30 p.m. with Shane and Sunday 11:00 a.m. with Chris
TRX/Kettlebell: Use two of the hottest pieces of equipment in fitness to tone your body in the high intensity style program.
Wednesday 9:30 a.m. with Shane
Aqua Triathlon: Water resistance will amp up your cardio and strength training to get you in amazing shape. Train like a triathlete with NO pressure on your joints.
