Our four-day-a-week Senior Adult program has such a positive impact on all of our participants, and the Berg-Lieppe gift – given in recognition of the tremendous impact that the program had on Sid Lieppe (of blessed memory) who was a vibrant participant in our Senior Adult program – ensures that we can maintain that. For many – especially those who do not drive – our program provides seniors time with friends, exercise, stimulating activities, entertainment and a freshly prepared nutritious Kosher lunch. “We are so excited about the Berg-Lieppe gift to the Senior Adult program. This gift makes a phenomenal difference in terms of what we can do for our seniors. It really ensures being able to continue the kind of good programming we’re doing four days a week.” – Barbara Weisbart, Adult Enrichment Director The Berg family did not stop there ! They also donated six bronze statues that will add a welcome beauty and serenity to our JCC campus . . “What a tremendous gift we got this year for the Senior Adult program. It’s what relationships are all about. Thank you Steve and Isabel Berg for your generosity and the Berg-Lieppe family for your thoughtfulness.” – Peter Weissbrod, JCC President It is those who believe in our JCC and are committed to supporting us that make the JCC the great place that it is .
