Sponsored by Alba Vineyard and Wegmans, to benefit the Foodshed Alliance, the Garden State’s best wineries will join forces with the state’s premium wine wholesalers to pour their finest estate wines at Alba Vineyard.  The festival is the vineyard's largest charitable event with 100% of the proceeds going towards the Foodshed Alliance, an organization dedicated to integrating local food systems that nourish people, sustain farmers, respect lands and build a resilient food economy.  Only the best commercial wineries in the state who are truly producing wine from the grapes they are growing from within the Garden State are invited along with some of the most storied wineries in the world today. This year's all-star line-up includes Alba Vineyard, Cape May Winery, Hopewell Valley Vineyards, Unionville and Vineyards. World renowned feature wineries include Robert Mondavi and Napa Valley.  In staying true to the Foodshed mission, the event will also feature an unparalleled line-up of some of New Jersey's most reputable chefs who will be presenting cooking demonstrations, lectures and samples. The line-up continues with local celebrity cookbook authors as well as farmers who will all be on hand in the demo tent presenting information related to locally produced food and farming in northern New Jersey. Agriculturally related vendors will be on hand as well.  Great area bands will provide live music. Come enjoy wine tastings, great food from Country Picnic and wood-fired pizza from Sanducci's Trattoria, or bring your own picnic lunch.
