Preschool - for 2 - 5 year olds

Our comprehensive preschool learning program is designed to allow children to flourish as they interact with both the physical and social environments.  Research has shown that children’s learning is optimal when they are engaged in meaningful experiences that are relevant to them.  The nurturing learning environment in their preschool classrooms will be rich with opportunities to interact with the environment and our preschool classrooms are warm and welcoming.  Rooms are stocked with open-ended and natural materials. Children will enjoy learning about the world around them as well as about our Jewish heritage. Our curriculum provides experiences that are rich and developmentally appropriate, responding to the interests and creativity of both the staff and children.

Activities enriching the classroom experiences include sessions with our specialists in swimming, physical education, music, art, and movement.

In an effort to bridge the experiences between the children’s home and school life, we strive to nurture positive parent relationships.  We encourage parental participation in our classroom activities, as well as involvement in our very active Parent Committee.
