Meet The Fitness Staff




Deborah Price, Fitness Director
Debi has worked in fitness for over 25 years, 13 of which have been here at the JCC.  Certifications include: ACE, Spinning™, Punk Rope, HIIT, and Pilates.

Vincent Costantino, Personal Trainer
Vincent is a certified personal trainer of World Instructor Training Schools (WITS) and has certifications in G ball training. He is also certified in CPR/AED, Red Cross for adults, children and infants and has a bachelor’s degree from Bloomfield College, NJ.  Vincent feels exercise should be a life time commitment: challenge yourself using good form and body alignment and keep it fun and enjoyable. Vin also enjoys teaching a walking club for Active Adults and Seniors at the JCC.

Mark Cicuera, Personal Trainer
Mark is a certified personal trainer through the National Strength and Conditioning Association and also holds degrees in personal training and nutritional consulting from the National Personal Training Institute. Mark’s area of specialization centers on functional movements, post-rehabilitation and strength and conditioning basics. As a former high school and collegiate athlete, Mark focuses on helping young athletes reach peak physical performance in their given sport, as well as building a strong foundation that will work to prevent future injuries.  TRX training is another one of Mark’s specialties, and he encourages everyone to make it a staple in their routine.

Mindi Samer, Personal Trainer
Mindi is an ACE (American Council on Exercise) certified personal trainer. Mindi is also a certified group exercise instructor as well as an advanced Pilates instructor. Mindi carries the American Red Cross CPR/AED and first aid certification.  She enjoys working with children and introducing them to the benefits of exercise. Mindi is a spin instructor for children as well as adults.



Armando Cruz, Personal Trainer
Armando graduated from Kean University with a B.A. in Adult Fitness and a minor in Health. Currently he is completing a his Master’s in Exercise Science at Kean University. Armando holds a Personal Training Certification with NCSF (National Council on Strength and Fitness) and CPR, AED, and First Aid certification with Red Cross.  Armando encourages his clients to commit, work hard and stay with it. He is confident that everyone can benefit physically, mentally and spiritually from exercising regularly. The key is to make it fun and make it count! Armando believes that if you “take the time to take care of your body, it will take care of you.”
