Ballet-Barre Method - This class fuses fat burning interval training, muscle shaping isometrics, and the elongating principle of dance.

Balls, Bells & Bands - Using the stability ball, challenge your body with strength and toning exercises, incorporating dumbbells, resistance tubing and your body weight.  Ball exercises target the core in every movement by challenging your balance as you work to stabilize your body through range-of-motion.

BOSU® – Achieve a balanced workout. BOSU® is the exercise equipment used for cardio and body sculpting.  It offers a challenge to your balance and stability. 

Crazy Cardio Interval – Instructor’s choice is the theme here.  Each week experience a surprise cardiovascular & strength interval class. 

Express Butts & Gutts - A half-hour focused on achieving a rock solid core and tight back side.  A variety of equipment and movements are used to keep your workout fun.

Girl Power Fitness/Boy Power Fitness - Ages 8-12 years old enjoy working out in a class environment with weight training and cardio.

intenSati – A revolutionary workout, fusing high-energy aerobics, martial arts, dance, yoga, and strength conditioning. Combining the opportunity to use spoken affirmations with simple choreography, intenSati provides a heart-pumping, exhilarating workout that builds physical, mental, and spiritual muscle.

J Express - Express workout open to all members (teen +).  Floor trainer led 20-minute workout!  Check with the trainer on staff for the daily schedule workout.

Kick-Boxing - High energy, high impact kick and punch.

Lo-Impact Cardio Fusion - A gentle but challenging class, participants will focus on functional movements to help them expand on, or maintain, their fitness level.  Lo-impact cardiovascular exercises are safe for your joints because you always have one foot on the floor.

Monday Mashup - Start your week off right!  This primarily cardiovascular & strength  workout offers variety  at its best!  An interval class consisting of fun, high-energy cardiovascular exercises and strength training using dumbbells, resistance tubing and stability balls.  All classes are for all levels.

Pilates – Think "long lean body".  Learn the fundamentals of Pilates including proper breathing technique and core stabilization.  This workout is designed to strengthen your core with emphasis on your abdominals, back and hips. 

Senior Strength - Increase your strength, balance and flexibility with a light cardiovascular component.  The class starts with a warm-up and ends with a stretch.  (Perfect for Active Adults and Seniors.)

Spinning™ – Take a cardiovascular journey focused on high and low intensity heart rate training.  Listen to the music and challenge your body, close your eyes if you want to! Whether it’s climbing a steep hill or sprinting past your opponent, you will learn to balance heart rate and breathing to achieve optimal cardiovascular health.  Great for all fitness levels because you can control your own bike resistance –Your instructor will coach you on heart rate training, so bring a heart rate monitor if you have one.  Water bottle and towel are a must!  All levels welcome. 

Tai Chi- Tai Chi is characterized by gentle movements combined with breathing techniques to build balance and strength.  It improves overall health & helps to alleviate stress and chronic disease.

Total Body Sculpt  - Focus on toning and strengthening your muscles using various pieces of equipment (dumb bells , resistance bands, step, balls)

Walking Club - Join Vin, certified personal trainer, every Friday for a gentle stroll around the gym.  Class will include light stretches and is appropriate for all levels of fitness.  (Perfect for Active Adults and Seniors.)

Yoga  - The practice of yoga can positively change the health of your body and mind. Relieve stress and tension. Relax and elongate your body through guided stretches and breathing. Gentle yoga offers a more beginner level.

Zumba is a “feel good” workout geared toward all levels.  Think you’re not a dancer? No problem!  We bet you’ll find the dancer within.
