The Fitness and Wellness Center at the JCC of Central NJ offers members year-round fitness programs for the entire family.  We are committed to delivering a comprehensive range of fitness services to meet different life stages, preferences and interests.  Our fully appointed, up-to-date fitness facility, allows members to enjoy everything from the benefits of individualized fitness instruction to a caring staff.  Programs are geared for all levels of fitness and members and guests are always welcome! 

At the JCC of Central NJ, we offer a wide variety of the latest group exercise classes (all free), complimentary fitness evaluation services, personal training, small group training, master classes, aquatics fitness classes in our indoor swimming pool, massage therapy as well as a variety of wellness programs.

Whether you're getting in shape, renewing your vitality or maintaining your fitness, you can do it in the warm, welcoming environment of the JCC Fitness and Wellness Center...your "home away from home." 

You can start with our Complimentary Fitness Services

HealthCheck (10 - 15 minutes)
An evaluation of your resting blood pressure, resting heart rate and calculation of your Body Mass Index (BMI).

FitCheck Fitness Assessment (45 minutes)
Measure your overall fitness level. The information obtained during this assessment will help you gauge your fitness level and will be used to develop effective, goal-directed fitness programs. (One-time complimentary assessment)

Fitness Assessment Follow-Up (30 minutes)
Follow up after your Fitness Assessment and let one of our personal trainers give you an exercise “prescription” based on your fitness test results and overall goals. (One-time complimentary follow-up)

Our fitness staff is always available to help you update/modify your workout so your workouts stay fresh and you can continue to see results!  This service is free and included as a benefit of your JCC membership.
