100 Days of Summer Fitness Challenge

Our JCC is participating in the 100 Days of Summer Fitness Challenge along with JCCs across North America. Compete as an individual and as part of our JCC team. The goal is to log in fitness activites and hours. Activities include:
running, swimming, cycling, walking, cardio (ellipticals, rowers, UBEs, steppers, etc.), Group Ex (any type of class) and personal training. Awards will be presented to the Top 3 JCCs and the Top 3 Individual Champions!

Last year our JCC finished 2nd in swimming and 3rd in cardio. Help us go for the gold this year!
