• In January, 150 collective pounds were lost in I Lost It at the J, our six-week weight loss program.

Then to get ready for summer, 40 members participated in our 3-in-1 Spring Reboot, a three-week

program focusing on weight loss, improved fitness and reduced stress.

• With almost 30 well-trained

personal trainers and group

exercise instructors, we

provided weekly motivation

and instruction to so many of

you to help you meet your

fitness goals.

• Indoor Cycling, Happy Monday

Strength/Cardio, Yoga and

Shred/Sweat Extreme were

some of your favorite Group Ex

classes. We know you like

keeping up with the latest

fitness trends, so this year we

added High Intensity Interval

Training (HIIT) to our Group Ex

schedule.
