In 2015, we completed the first phase of our

equipment replacement. We installed

ten new

treadmills, five elliptical cardio machines,

25 spin bikes

and a

TRX Suspension machine.

Thanks to your regular participation, we

increased

our

group exercise schedule

to feature

50

varied classes each week.

That amounts to

about

2,000 participants

per month!

Our personal one-on-one relationships and our

members’ commitment to getting and staying fit

helped us

grow our personal training and

massage programs.

In January 2015, our members

lost a collective 65

pounds

through our 2nd annual

I Lost It At the J

weight loss program.

We hosted an

Indoor Triathlon

in April. In just one

hour triathletes put 100 miles on our spin bikes, 25

miles on our treadmills and over 150 laps in our

indoor pool.

InDecember 2015, we added newcardio and strength training equipment and are updating our group

exercise andwellness programs to help youmeet bigger and better fitness andwellness goals.

The JCC gym and its

staff deliver everything a person

needs to stay

motivated

and to

get in shape

. I have been

regularly using the gym for three

years, and I have not grown tired

yet. The gym and pool are

beautifully maintained and

always clean

. The equipment is

regularly updated to ensure that

members may use the latest in

treadmills, elliptical machines and

spin bikes. The gym’s staff

are

courteous, wonderful and

outgoing

people who make all

members feel comfortable and

welcome. The

staff also includes

experts

who provide personal

training sessions. I enjoy

meeting fellow JCC members

at the gym each day and

staying

healthy

while simultaneously

supporting the JCC.
