Want to become a better swimmer?
Dive into swimming with the JCC of Central NJ. Our outstanding Aquatics Program offers a full menu of instructional and recreational programs for infants to active seniors. Gain confidence and skill with our competitive Barracudas Swim Team for kids in kindergarten through high school. You can also use your leadership skills and show your love for aquatics by enrolling in one of the American Red Cross certification programs to join our knowledgeable and caring staff. Build strength and endurance with regular workouts in our six lap lanes, or test the water with an American Red Cross Learn-to-Swim class. Classes meet once a week during the session. Please see swimmer’s age group for course schedules, descriptions, and fees. Makeup Classes Choosing the Right Swim Class/Level During Lessons
Parents/Caregivers are welcome to stay in the pool area on the first day of class to help your swimmer feel more secure and then again on the last day of lessons to see their progress. During the intervening weeks, parents/caregivers can wait in the pool area the first 5 minutes of class then return for the last 5 minutes. This will allow your swimmer to focus on the lesson that the instructor has planned. JCC Pool Regulations
Parents/Caregivers must accompany swimmers under the age of 6 into the water. Flotation devices, toys and pool equipment are not allowed. Only U.S. Coast Guard approved life jackets are permitted.
